CO2 Snow Jet Cleaner
No.
SM204
Intro.
All products need to be cleaned in the process of processing. Traditional potions have been used for cleaning, such as drug recycling and water discharge. The traditional sandblasting method, with sand recycling, air emissions, and so on. Today, environme

Principle & Method of Cleaning

  1. Physical Blasting
Snow dry ice particles are sprayed at high speed through high pressure air to clean surfaces
  2. Thermal shock
When -78.5 degrees Celsius dry ice due to the sublimation heat, foreign matter shrinkage cracks
  3. Sublimation expansion
The volume expands 800 times and the boundary is damaged
  4. Ablation
High - speed compressed air causes stripping

Advantages

The cleaning process has no moisture, no harmful chemicals, and the dry process has no leaching and drying process. Pollution reduction, reduces secondary waste water, and waste chemicals.
  • Economical dry cleaning
  • Suitable for wafer, electronics, auto parts and other industries
  • Faster cleaning
  • No harmful to workpiece

Safety of CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) gas

-CO2 content in the air is 0.04%
-1% can cause drowsiness with prolonged exposure.
-3% it is mildly narcotic and causes increased blood pressure and pulse rate, and causes reduced hearing.
-5% it causes stimulation of the respiratory center, dizziness, confusion and difficulty in breathing accompanied by headache and shortness of breath. Panic attacks may also occur at this concentration.
-8% it causes headache, sweating, dim vision, tremor and loss of consciousness after exposure for between five and ten minutes.

  1. U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) says “No hazardous on working  less than 10,000 ppm (1.0%) within 8 hours.” à Safe on Normal ventilation  environment.
  2. Normal CO2 density = 400ppm (0.04%)
