Character- High-flow rate bell cup design: the maximum paint output is 700cc/min. The rotation speed can be maintained at 70,000RPM, and the spraying operation speed can be twice that of traditional bell spray guns.
- Tungsten steel paint valve design: can be on/off once per second with long life. And it is easy to disassemble and repair from the external.
- Spray width swirl airflow design: adjust the swirl airflow intensity to achieve large area spraying, dead corner spraying, and metallic paint spraying.
- Uniform ultra-fine particleization, high transfer efficiency: high-speed centrifugal atomization, uniform spray width and electrostatic repulsion atomization, the transfer efficiency can reach 90%.
- Built-in valves, energy saving, and emission reduction: The paint on/off valve, return valve, and dumping liquid valve are built-in, which reduces the loss of paint and solvent each time and shortens the operating time.
- Automatic cleaning of the inside and outside of the bell cup: no need to enter the spray booth for manual cleaning.
- Gun body insulation design: The coating has a wide application range and improves the electrostatic coating effect.
