Intro.
The double-chain fixed-stroke constant-speed side spray machine adopts a double-chain design of drive chain and balance chain. The reverse counterweight of the balance weight makes the reciprocator run smoothly at the up and down reverse points. The drive and balance motion track adopts industrial linear heat treatment, grinding slide rail. The drive chain travel in one direction, the sliding seat has the ability to automatically switch left and right to change the up and down reciprocating direction of the spray gun. It is suitable for high load, high-speed operation, and the need for constant speed reciprocating movement of the up and down spray gun.

往復機採用防塵工業標準熱處理滑軌與滑套，平時只要注意潤滑油脂的添加，沒有夾輪定時調整鬆緊度與塑鋼夾輪磨損更換的問題，結構簡單，製造成本較高，鏈條定時檢查與張緊。 - 2024年新的線性工業滑軌各型往復機、前後進、追蹤軸全部採用:
