Product Application, Precautions, Instructions for use

Product Application	For heating dry compressed air used in spraying coal spreaders, rotary cup guns, and pneumatic tools, to prevent hazards of electric leakage and contamination caused by condensate.
Precautions	The normal operating temperature of the heater should generally be set around 35℃, and must not exceed 50℃. When installing the heater control box, ensure proper grounding and keep it away from furnaces and explosive gases. When servicing the heater controller, turn off the power supply to prevent accidents.
Instructions for Use	Switch on the heater power and set it to the appropriate temperature level according to the scale. The main control box supplies the operating power and directly controls the startup and shutdown of the heater. When the air temperature at the heater outlet is higher than the temperature set value of the thermostat, the power supply to the heater's heating tube will automatically turn off; when the air temperature at the heater outlet is lower than the temperature set value of the thermostat, the power supply to the heater's heating tube will automatically turn on.
