Feature
The action of the valve is based on air pressure. PLC can be used for programmed control. The outlet or return flow of fluid (such as oil, paint or solvent) can be controlled. When used individually, the flow rate of the paint supply can be controlled. The return flow design maintains The liquid flows without settling; with multiple combinations, it can be used as an automatic color changing and paint supply system for automatic color changing and automatic (air or solvent) cleaning.
The 60 series color changing valve is a square valve, which can be chosen by customers. The square valve saves space and can be used as an automatic color changing system. Some paints contain particles (such as aluminum powder and silver powder paint), which can easily cause the striker and for the wear of the external joint, wear-resistant models can be selected. The firing pin and external joint are made of SLD and have been heat treated to increase wear resistance.
